By God's grace, we aim to be a Great Commission church committed to being on mission, on message, and in ministry.

Our DNA

On Mission

The mission Christ entrusts to His church is to “make disciples of all nations”. Therefore, we will be a church committed to sharing Jesus’ message of salvation and helping others follow Jesus locally, nationally, and globally.

(Matt. 28:19-20; Acts 1:8)

On Message

The message of the church is “all that Christ commanded”. Therefore, we will be a church committed to teaching the Bible as God’s revealed will for our lives with an emphasis on the gospel, which is of first importance.

(2 Tim. 3:16; 1 Cor. 15:3-4)

In Ministry

The ministry of the church is to equip members to be mature kingdom laborers. Therefore, we will be a church committed to equipping our members to worship authentically, evangelize intentionally, love purposefully, and learn consistently. *

(Eph. 4:11-13; Acts 2:42-47)

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
— Matthew 28:19-20

* We are indebted to Pastor Teacher Harry Reeder for developing these principles of ministry that were implemented at Briarwood Presbyterian Church.

We are committed to equipping people to be mature multiplying followers of Christ that are W.E.L.L.
